Some say this is a fake testing exercise (however we have verified that it is not so), but I think if it works for your status of health and current feelings, and if it suits your 'breathing-and-holding' trials, then it is good to know how long you are able to hold your breath.
Don't overdo it. Just do it cooly.

2 राउंड= सामान्य फेफड़े
5 राउंड= मजबूत फेफड़े
